Each table includes (2) chairs. (Table size depends on the option purchased.)

Where will vendors be located?
Vendor spaces will be outdoors on the golf course, near tournament activity.

Will electricity be available?
Limited electricity will be available. Please plan for minimal power needs and bring extension cords/power strips if needed.

Should I bring a tent?
Yes—vendors are strongly encouraged to bring a 10’x10’ tent/canopy if desired for shade and weather protection.

What happens if the weather is bad?
This is an outdoor event. Vendors should plan for sun, wind, and rain. Event-day weather decisions and any changes will be communicated by the Vendor Coordinator.

When can I arrive for setup and when must I be ready?
Setup window: 9:00 am. Vendors should be fully set up by 10:00 am.

When can I break down?
Breakdown begins at: 4:00 pm. Early breakdown is discouraged unless approved by event staff.

Do I need to bring my own tablecloth and display materials?
Yes. Vendors should bring table coverings, signage, product display materials, and any items needed to operate their booth.

Is Wi‑Fi available?
Wi‑Fi is not guaranteed. Vendors should plan to use their own mobile hotspot if internet access is needed for payments.

Can I sell products and accept payments onsite?
Yes. Vendors are responsible for their own payment processing (cash/card/mobile). Please ensure you can operate with limited power and internet.

Are there restrictions on what I can sell or display?
All products/services must be appropriate for a professional community event. The organization reserves the right to decline vendors that are not a fit for the event.

How do I register and secure my spot?
Complete the vendor application and submit payment. Spaces are limited and may be assigned on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
