Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Swing Fore Success: From Tee to Toast Golf Classic & Day Party! Your time and support will help create an exceptional experience for our golfers, sponsors, vendors, and guests while supporting the mission of the NBMBAA Charlotte Chapter.

Please review the volunteer opportunities below and select the shift that best fits your availability. Each role plays an important part in making this event a success. Training and instructions will be provided, and meals are included for volunteers during their scheduled shifts.

Golf Classic (15 Volunteers)

Shift: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM (Breakfast Provided)

• Registration and check-in

• Breakfast setup

• Sponsor support

• Event setup (signage, banners, hydration stations, and general event preparation)

  
  

Vendor Village (5 Volunteers)

Shift: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Lunch Provided)

• Vendor table setup and arrangement

• Assist vendors with setup and event support

  
  

Day Party (5 Volunteers)

Shift: 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch Provided)

• Room setup and décor

• Vendor setup and assistance

• Event cleanup
